ACCEPTED
You will receive confirmation and additional camp details within 10 days after we have received your application, the Agreement and Release of Liability form ; General Permission Form; and Youth Health Statement Form; and the $250 fee.

The "Summer Solutions" camp takes place on the Missouri S&T campus. You and a roommate will share a comfortable, spacious, air-conditioned suite in one of our residential halls.
WHAT KIND OF SUPERVISION WILL THERE BE?
There will be one Missouri S&T student peer counselor assigned to every 10 girls that attend. The counselors will live in the dorm with them (on an all girls floor) and escort the girls to and from all on and off campus activities. We also have a professional staff who will monitor the camps activities throughout the day and night. Our staff and counselors will accompany the group on all off campus activities.
It is important that you and your parents know that there will be free time during the camp and that we will not be present at all times. It is also important that you and your parents are aware that there will be other camps and current Missouri S&T students staying in the residential hall. Since it is physically impossible to be present at all times, it is up to the participants to exercise responsibility, good judgment, and abide by the rules.
We have a strict set of rules and guidelines that MUST be followed by all participants. If we feel that a participant is in violation of any rule or guideline the participant will be dismissed from the camp immediately.
I HAVE A FRIEND THAT IS ATTENDING, CAN WE ROOM TOGETHER?
Yes. You will need to indicate the name of the person you want to room with on the application form. If you have already submitted your application you can request a room mate by notifying our office by June that. Room assignments are made on June 5th and cannot be changed after this time. NO EXCEPTIONS CAN BE MADE.
WHAT TIME DOES THE CAMP BEGIN AND END?
Students will check-in at the residential hall between 9:00 - 10:00 a.m. on Monday morning. Parents are invited to stay for the welcome and orientation at 10:00. The camp will end Friday morning around 11:00 am following the closing brunch banquet. Parents and family members may purchase tickets for the closing brunch on Friday. More information will be included in your acceptance packet. Parents that are not attending the banquet can pick-up their child from the residential hall at 11:00 a.m.
If traveling from out-of-state or from a distance you can check in on Sunday evening at the residential hall with prior notice to our office. There will be an additional charge for the extra night stay. You and your parents need to be aware that there will be very limited supervision from our counselors and staff during this time and it is not the responsibility of the counselors, staff or residence hall personnel to supervise and restrict your activities. It will be up to the participant to exercise responsibility and abide by the camp and residential hall rules. You will need to participate in the camp check-in on Monday morning with the camp staff.
CAN MY FAMILY ATTEND THE CLOSING BANQUET?
