Date:   June 23 - 27, 2008

Ages: 9th - 10th Grades (students who will be in this grade in Fall 2008)

Cost:   $250.00 - Includes housing, meals, t-shirt, and all supplies. Students are responsible for transportation to and from Rolla. Fee will be refunded if not selected to attend.

Capacity:  Space is limited to 40 Students (If the camp is full you can request to be placed on the waiting list)

Deadline:  May 23, 2008

This live-in week long camp is designed to give students the experience of college life while learning more about career options in science, engineering, and math. Students will live in a dorm, meet current students and professors, participate in team projects, and gain a better understanding of "what engineers and scientists really do and how"!

HOW DO I APPLY?

SUBMITTING THE REGISTRATION FORM DOES NOT GUARANTEE ACCEPTANCE OR HOLD YOUR PLACE IN CAMP.YOUR REGISTRATION IS NOT COMPLETE UNTIL ALL FORMS AND PAYMENT HAVE BEEN RECEIVED.

1. Complete the on-line registration form (if you are unable to complete the form on-line please contact Cindi Guess at 573-341-7286 to request the application be mailed to you);
   
   
2. Print, sign, and mail the Agreement and Release of Liability form ; General Permission Form; and Youth Health Statement Form
   
   
3. Submit check or money order for $250 (you can also pay by credit card if applying on-line).
