BS, Mechanical Engineering 1984

In 1984, Jada received her B.S. Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Missouri-Rolla. During her college years, Jada, as an INROADS intern, interned at Ralston Purina in their Corporate Engineering Department every summer until graduation.

Jada's engineering career began at General Motors as a plant engineer at their Wentzville facility. Jada returned to Ralston Purina in the Corporate Engineering Department and later joined Anheuser-Busch as a plant engineer for the world's largest brewery in St. Louis. While at Anheuser-Busch, Jada worked in a multitude of capacities managing capital projects, new brewery start ups and safety. 

Jada changed careers and was recruited to Managing Director for the St. Louis affiliate of INROADS where she managed a college internship program for 200 college students along with a pre-college program of approximately 200 high potential high school students.  INROADS recruits, trains and provides internships for high caliber minority students.

Anheuser-Busch recruited Jada to head up the Corporate Staffing department. Since returning to A-B, Jada rejuvenated the recruitment image for Anheuser-Busch focusing on the presentation inclusive of the displays, handout materials, recruiter attire as well as the pooling of opportunities to provide perspective candidates with real career descriptions of current available positions.  Jada has also worked on A-Bs diversity strategy and currently manages the Corporate Substance Testing Department.  A-B is committed to a drug free workplace and Jada is responsible for the testing of candidates, contractors and employees.  A-B does pre-employment testing as well as pre-assignment testing for contractors and post employment/assignment monthly random drug testing.

Jada later attended Washington University in St. Louis and received her Masters Degree in Business through Washington University's Executive MBA program in 2002. Jada and her husband Michael have been married for nearly 20 years and have two children, Michael Jr. (17), and Jayce (14).
